sweet pancake tacos 👅✨🌿 I'd take these over traditional tacos any day 😽 but that's because I'm a sweetaholic hehe 🙈 here's what I did: • blend 1.5 cups of rolled oats into a flour mixture • add in 1 + 1/2 banana, 1.5 cups almond milk, a dash of cinnamon, and a little coconut sugar • cook on a nonstick pan on medium heat until bubbles begin to form on the surface of each pancake --> flip immediately • cook until pancakes are slightly golden (the trick here is to make sure they don't get overdone ✨ you want them to be flimsy enough to be able to bend into a taco shape) • fill each taco with your favorites (I used strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced banana, buckinis, peanut butter, and maple syrup 🌸✨) ...that's all! I hope you enjoy these 😇 tag me if you make them because I'd looooove to see your creation! 😽🌻

Can you eat pancake with eggs? ›

Melt the butter in a non-stick pan, add the eggs and cook over a low heat for 2 mins, stirring until the eggs scramble and are cooked to your liking. To serve, pile two or three warm pancakes on each plate, and serve with the bacon and scrambled egg.

Are eggs or pancakes better for breakfast? ›

The Bottom Line. Unless it's a whole-grain, nut-flecked, bursting-with-berries kind of pancake, I'd usually stick with eggs because they're more inherently nutritious and higher in protein than pancakes made with white flour. The protein will help keep you full longer.

Can you eat pancakes with butter? ›

You just can't beat the taste of butter. I love using salted butter for these. Be sure to have plenty on hand because you'll need it for the batter, to grease the griddle, and to serve. I tend to like enormous amounts of butter on my pancakes.

Can I put milk instead of water in pancakes? ›

In most cases, you can swap milk for water and vice versa using a 1:1 ratio. For example, if your mix or recipe calls for ½ cup of milk but you don't have it, add ½ cup of water. To err on the side of caution, try using half of the liquid in your recipe and go from there.

Is pancakes a meal? ›

If you eat pancakes in the morning with a cup of coffee, tea, or milk it's breakfast. If you eat them in a sweet version after lunch or dinner it's dessert. If you eat them at mid-afternoon it's a mid-afternoon snack. If you make a savory version and eat them at lunch or dinner it's a lunch or dinner main dish.

Is one pancake enough for breakfast? ›

Pancakes are a simple carb with high levels of processed sugar. They do not provide a complete source of nutrition or protein for breakfast and do not make a good breakfast choice as they will not satisfy your hunger through the morning nor will they supply adequate energy to tackle the day head on.
