How does Chick-Fil-A make their Biscuits?
Chick-Fil-A makes their biscuits by hand. We all love warm biscuits, and Chick-Fil-A makes sure that everyone gets that warm biscuit when served. The dough is gently rolled and mixed to make sure it has the perfect combination of the ingredients.
They also make sure to flour the cookie cutter and cut straight down. This makes sure that all the biscuits are cut in a uniform manner. Cooling dough and mixing by hand are the keys to make the best biscuits.
