Recipe Notes

How long does the Carnivore Queso Dip last in the fridge?

I would say five days in the fridge would be the safest and after that just throw it out or give it to your dog.

Don’t have a slow cooker?

Well if you don’t have a slow cooker you can still make this on a double boiler or microwave.

For Double Boiler: Just put a pot of water under a big stainless steel bowl or a glass bowl and then just melt your ingredients.

For Microwave: Just cook your ground beef first on the stove and then add everything to a microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave and stir every 30 seconds in between. I don't really use a microwave so I don’t show instructions for the microwave in the given video. So just check it very often and just only do like 30 seconds at a time because you don't want it to get crispy and burnt on the edges. Also make sure you cook your beef beforehand. So it's just ground beef that you just brown and add your spices when you're browning the meat.
