I have a save file that has pretty much everything completed up to the last update, and I have position of Chief achieved, however the current new event can't seem to trigger no matter how long I wait around. I looked at the guide and seem to have completed all pre-requisites am I missing something ?

You should contact Mopoga, since it's hosted on their website. The offline version doesn't have that issue

I haven't reported it yet, but here's what my bug report note says:
Folder: brothel/ameri
File: "ameri_undress.mp4"
Scene name: Brothel sex ameri start
Line number: 4795
Symptom:
video does not work.
Possible causes:
Since "ameri_sex_undress.mp4" which does not exist in the source is specified ("ameri_undress.mp4" is actually in the folder.), only "ameri_sex_start.mp4" specified at the same time is played.
By the way, Line number is for v0.11a.

The one with julia, however I managed to figure out what was happening kind of anoyingly. The problem was that I had completed all of the previous version/patch before this content was added in, as a result Anthony was dead, but I hadn't visited his house. So the fix was for me reload a pretty old safe, before the binaf event so I could trigger meeting his wife, so managed to get it to work.

Looks good. Add cheating tag since there's clearly a lot in there from images.

Don't just download the update only files. Download the full files instead

neither of the two (full) download links seem to work.
at the very least gdrive says the file doesnt exist, weheras gofile dimply doesnt load for me
