SUN’s confession:
▸ it’s safe to say, he’s not super subtle about how he feels
▸ pulling you into random hugs, literally clinging to your side during after hours in the daycare, complimenting you frequently- he’s head over heels for you
▸ he likes you! he doesn’t understand why he should be ashamed of that or hide it. you’re so incredibly wonderful to him and he wants to let you know that any chance he gets
▸ sun’s openess about his feelings definitely don’t stop him from organizing a proper confession anyways- mainly since you’ve taken his affection and attention just as sun being overly friendly like he usually is
▸ he wants to make it 100%, absolutely, positively clear that he like likes you. but he doesn’t completely get what the perfect confession would be
▸ sun decides that the after hours in the daycare, where you usally come to spend time with him- is a perfect opportunity to say what he feels, though there’s isn’t much to say that he hasn’t already said
▸ no matter! you deserve to hear it over and over again, and he’s certainly willing to do that for you. as you step into the daycare, he not-so-subtly hides something behind his back
▸ you don’t question it- mainly because he seems more jittery and anxious than usual, though he seems to carry the conversation with the same bright and cheery energy that he usually has
▸ finally, he decides that just before the conversation ends and you move onto finding an activity to do with him, sun leans in really close to your face, barely inches away. he giggles as he eagerly whispers to you that he has a suprise and secret for you.
▸ it’s not much of a suprise and completely far from a secret when he tells you that he loves you. a lot. in fact, you probably have to cut him off as he repeats the word “love” over and over again for emphasis.
▸ he reveals what he was holding behind him- which appears to be a handmade card decorated with glitter glue and possibly more googly eyes you’ve ever seen in your lifetime. his giddy laughter is barely contained as he happily explains the children at the daycare helped him make the card for you. inside, in crayon is a drawing of you two holding hands.
GLAMROCK CHICA’s confession:
▸ just like sun, she’s not too afraid to get affectionate over you- it’s just normal for her to be so friendly and bubbly
▸ but roxanne has definitely teased her about her little crush on you. in fact, there have been a bunch of close calls to roxy teasing her about it near you, almost revealing chica’s little secret
▸ eventually, chica decides to get it out of her system. she’s completely nervous just thinking about it- but there’s so much trust in the fact that, even if you don’t reciprocate, you’ll still be super good friends anyways
▸ chica doesn’t exactly know where to start. if her voicebox was a little nicer, she’d sing something to confess. if she was a little bolder, she would have just told you earlier. and she’s not getting help from roxy- who, at this point, might as well have already spilled the truth
▸ she determined after a bunch of planning, that her best shot at this whole confession thing would be making it as cute and cliche as possible. it would be a confession out of a movie scene: nothing short of wonderful
▸ she tells you to meet her at her green room just before closing, giving you a specific time- that would be the perfect moment, considering she would still need to prepare
▸ she gathers everything she can possibly think of that you would want while hanging out. mainly- a bunch of snacks. considering you have an immune system that can be affected by germs, she veers far away from food left inside of kitchen trash bins
▸ as she counts up the few bags of candy, chips, and the can of fizzy faz that she holds in her arms- she remembers to grab a fresh pizza from the kitchen. unfortunately the pizza takes longer than usual despite her calculations. chica tries to calm herself, knowing you probably won’t freak out if she’s five minutes late
▸ turns out, it takes a lot longer than she thought. okay- ten minutes of a delay isn’t bad. at least she’s hoping it’s not all that bad. as she returns, she’s happy to see that you’re patiently waiting outside her green room for her
▸ she’s not so happy to see roxy beside you- who tells chica that, by the way, she may or may not have already mentioned something to you a few seconds ago. roxanne leaves, leaving chica’s jaw practically on the floor
▸ it was supposed to be her confession. before she can freak out or say anything- you pat chica on the shoulder and give her a little reassuring smile which makes her metaphorical heart skip a beat
▸ despite the fact roxanne already told you, you let her say what she wanted to say and spend the rest of the night in her green room, chatting over pizza. it may not exactly have been perfect like chica envisioned it would be like- but she finally got to tell you honestly and upfront, and that’s enough for her :]

a new animatronic at the plex was quite the rarity. of course, staff bots and wet floor sign bots were frequently replaced. but you were something different. just as intricately made as the glamrocks, carefully designed and constructed to be marketable and loveable–
you found that everyone wanted a piece of you– of course, being the shiny new animatronic at the pizzaplex, people wanting to know you was nothing surprising.
what was unexpected however, was just how popular you got. in just short of two weeks, you had gained an immense amount of fans (children, teens, and adults alike–), merchandise of you selling out in the gift shops, and meet-and-greets filled with people, all wanting just to see you.
being adored was just the treatment that was expected for you. little did you know, a certain fellow animatronic felt similar adoration.
if only she could find time to tell you…

▸ GLAMROCK CHICA offering you half of her food whenever she’s caught eating by you- despite the fact you always decline (usually because it’s mostly from the kitchen’s garbage), she continues to offer a portion of her food to you everytime she’s eating. she rarely shares her food with the others, which really makes this gesture special.
▸ GLAMROCK FREDDY asking for your permission, before pulling you into (a quite literal) bear hug as a way to greet you. he’s metal and a little cold because of this- but it’s comforting and sweet nonetheless. it becomes very routine for him to offer up a hug, and if you decline, he alternatively raises his paw to provide a high five instead.
▸ ROXANNE WOLF feeling more reassured than usual when you’re the one complimenting her. one day, she tries to give you a compliment back. it’s awkward and stiff in delivery but she really wants to let you know- after her best attempt to not stumble over her words, a sense of pride washes over her when you smile at the little compliment she gave you
▸ MONTGOMERY GATOR inviting you to play minigolf, originally just for him to show off in front of you- but after you knock the ball into the water one too many times, he tries to teach you how to play better. at first, it seems like he’s just frustrated with you but you can’t help but grin at his genuine excitement when you get your first hole in one
▸ deciding to humour SUN by drawing with him during the after hours in the daycare, you attempt to draw him with crayons and present it to him. he’s thrilled, and puts it up with pride as if you had just given him the mona lisa. the next day, he prepares a crayon portrait of you, hoping you’ll like it just as much
▸ hearing MOON quietly approach you from behind by hearing the soft jingle of the bells on his wrists and shoes. he doesn’t mean to sneak up on you, or startle you- but the first few times you were certainly a little bit startled. now, everytime you hear the soft ringing of bells, you actively seek out him to greet him.

SUN headcanons:
▸ super energetic like 24/7. he’s programmed that way so he can multitask easier and be more attentive to all of the children in the daycare. unfortunately, this has him bouncing all over the place constantly. he has like. Zero Chill
▸ but he knows how to take care of kids! obviously, he’s a daycare attendant for a reason. it’s pretty impressive to see him work his magic and cheer a crying kid up in less than a minute
▸ despite how much he emphasizes the fact that the daycare needs to be clean, the room that he charges in is not clean. everytime he tries to organize it, he just. gets so overwhelmed. so many things everywhere and no idea where to start. :(
▸ does this thing where he just. picks you up? when greeting you: picks you up and twirls you around. when walking around with you: boy, your legs sure look tired- picks you up. even if you’re just hanging out. sun will just. pick you up randomly and set you down a bit later.
▸ sun is So Tall. he stands with horrible posture, all crouched over and stuff just so he seems less intimidating- and because he likes meeting you at eye level. he likes your eyes :]
▸ he’s a little oblivious to certain things, but he’s uncomfortably good at reading emotions. if you ever vent to him and say that you don’t exactly understand how you’re feeling- he’ll find the perfect way to word it and then just go,
“or something like that, right?”
while you just “?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!”
MOON headcanons:
▸ unglitched, without all that weirdness happening in his ai system that happened during the events of security breach- he’s actually a lot more calmed down. he’s a little too calm in some situations- it really seems like he just doesn’t have the energy to care sometimes.
▸ i think he’s got the same amount of attentiveness as sunny does, just with a lot less of the energy. and volume- he honestly barely speaks above a whisper usually. which, one- super creepy and startling. and two- yeah, it makes sense. wouldn’t want to accidentally wake a kid when they’re napping.
▸ a unique feature moon has in comparison to sun is a thermal camera view! he can turn it off and on- much easier to see in the dark with it. this also would probably make him the biggest cheater at hide and seek if he ever got to play. sun will absolutely not let him.
▸ allows you to fiddle with the bells on his wrist just for fun. to ask, you can just kinda. motion to him and his hand will be in yours so you can make the bells do the little jingle jingle thing :>
▸ put you in time out once. forced you to sit in a corner and face the wall to reflect on what you did. you were in the daycare, you follow the daycare rules. whatever rule you broke is up to you, just know you served full time, no excuses (ten minutes, before he secretly felt bad)
▸ can’t drink liquids but i think he’d like chamomile tea. this is (´｀;) ?? just in my head 4 some reason??? moon is a certified chamomile tea drinker in a universe where he can injest liquids. fun :] !!!

author’s note: IM ACTUALLY POSTING ACTIVELY?? ………no im not writing quick and short self indulgent headcanons wydm haha…. based off the song “tiny planets” by remember sports. basically just clingy reader who works there (and does more hanging put w/ the animatronics than their job becuz in fairness? i wud 2) + these characters!!!! short and sweet hcs (o´∪｀o) <3 (except for moon’s because i accidentally went overboard with the dialogue. i love interactions w/ moon.) as per usual, grammatical errors and spelling mistakes are most likely present, sorry!
▸ catching MONTGOMERY GATOR by surprise when you grab onto his hand as he turns to leave. he’s confused- staring at you as you speak up.
“i was wondering…” you mumbled, shying away from his gaze, in fear of him seeing the shame burning on your face. “if you could maybe stay- just a little while longer- with uh.. me?..”
monty, who had been totally caught off guard replied with a confused, “uh… yeah?-” he has no idea why you wanted to stick around out of the blue, but he doesn’t mind hanging around with you a little longer, considering the pizzaplex is already closer for the day and you’re done your usual duties.
he watches your spirit lift instantly, a big smile on your face when he says yes. he lets out a small chuckle. it seemed like that was all you needed.
he doesn’t mind your clinginess, not even in the slightest. you notice that sometimes, it even inflates his pride a bit, knowing you want to be around him for so long. on the other hand, it also lets him be clingy without having to even ask for it. he wants to be around you just as much as you wanna be around him! there’s no sin in that.
if you’re physically clingy? well. he doesn’t mind that either. not a huge fan of hand holding considering his massive claws- but enjoys when you hold onto his arm. you find that he extends his arm to you more often when walking around, just to keep you close.

▸ monty’s probably a little more calm unglitched- but like. still a bit hot tempered, so when you befriended him, your coworkers were suprised that you managed to do that. especially considering he very specifically doesn’t get along with staff very well.
▸ you two are now a duo and kind of a ragtag team, but who knew an animatronic gator and staff worker just trying to pay rent would end up being an unlikely friendship with an inseparable bond?
▸ literally. you’ve probably been restocking the shelves in the gift store only to turn around and realize monty had followed you in there. you know, to chat and stuff. he didn’t miss you or anything, no way.
▸ you’re probably cool in his eyes. granted, he doesn’t say it often, and prefers friendly teasing over compliment giving- but he legitimately thinks you’re amazing. won’t stop him from some poking fun at you. he’s just playing, he swears
▸ anytime he gets routine checkups or maintenance, he wants you to be the one doing it. he’ll say it’s because your coworkers aren’t as competent as you, but it’s mainly because you’re a lot more patient with him and he trusts you more
▸ and when he’s performingon stage doing his whole thing with his bass he’ll see if he can find your face in the crowd. he just needs to know you’re watching him- and if you’re elsewhere, he gets a little bummed out
▸ if you are in the crowd? he’s motivated to make the performance even better than usual, giving all his best efforts in that show. he really wants to impress you with his sick bass skills
▸ if you’re working the closing shift, he’ll insist on hanging out with you for a while. chilling in his green room, playing minigolf at gator golf, jamming out to some music- anything to get you away from your work for a little bit. you gotta have a little fun after doing all that responsible stuff, no?
▸ do the animatronics get to listen to any other music other than the stuff they play at performances or in the plex? probably not. which is why when you came into work with headphones and a good playlist on your phone, he asked if you could take out the headphones so he could hear it too.
▸ turns out, he really likes your music. if he sees your phone on you he’ll ask you to“blast that one song” (it’s never the song you’re thinking of and when he further tries to clarify it gets more confusing- so you just play a different song everytime he asks. he always ends up jamming out to it with you anyways)
▸ tons of inside jokes that make you burst into a fit of laughter when one of you bring it up. no one else gets it but the way you and monty laugh about it make it seem like the funniest thing in the world

author's note: i had a whole idea for this. don't ask me what though becuz i have no clue anymore (｡•́-ก̀｡) ... like, the general idea (iirc correctly) was that eventually they'd be buddies and the reader would pretend to wanna help w/ the bonnie mystery or sumn while trying to fulfill their own motives— but whatever. but i clearly did not get to that at all (´｀;) and yes!!! the title is a reference to the song by the brobecks (⑅˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈ )
bright neon lights shine down onto your face as you step into the pizzaplex. there's no denying you feel out of place.
the commercialized rock music blasting from the speakers, the loud, boisterous, laughter of children, the eye-bleeding colours surrounding you— a complete sensory nightmare, all in one massive labyrinth of a building.
this would have terrified you in any other circ*mstance. and it does. yet, for some reason, you feel the corners of your mouth twitch up slightly at the sight of this place.
